Joseph P. Quinlan is managing director and chief market strategist in the Investment Strategies Group at Bank of America, overseeing the development and implementation of investment strategies and solutions for various channels of Global Wealth and Investment Management. In this role, he is in charge of developing, communicating and executing investment strategy both domestically and globally. His research is frequently cited in such media venues as Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and the Financial Times.

With nearly 20 years of financial services experience, Quinlan most recently served as a senior global economist/strategist for Morgan Stanley. Quinlan started his career with Merrill Lynch.

Quinlan lectures on finance and global economics at New York University, where he has been a faculty member since 1992, and also lectures at various universities around the world. He regularly debriefs policymakers and legislators on Capitol Hill on global trade and economic issues.
