Expanding on the kind of accessibility users of our iPad app have grown accustomed to, the smartphone version includes the important features outlined below.
Security. With cybercrime a growing issue, our clients’ online security is a priority. As such, the app incorporates market-leading mobile security with fraud detection and a range of customizable authentication options, including Touch ID, Apple’s fingerprint recognition technology.
Accounts. Clients can view asset allocation, holdings, account activity and more for all their U.S. Trust accounts, as well as certain Bank of America accounts and other applicable external accounts they have authorized or linked.
Thinking. Through the app, clients can access articles and videos featuring in-depth market analysis from U.S. Trust and the latest thinking from our Thought Leadership team.
Communication. Clients can access our Secure Message Center, which lets advisors and clients communicate securely and share private documents such as tax information.
