Carlo Mirarchi

Carlo Mirarchi is a self-taught chef who was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs of 2011. As co-owner of Roberta's and Blanca in Bushwick, New York, he has garnered wide acclaim in both the New York Times and Bon Appétit, and is set to release Roberta's Cookbook in the fall of 2013.
